  Hand-harvested on the northwest coast of France using centuries-old methods. Seawater is guided into clay ponds and left to evaporate naturally in the sun and wind, then gathered by hand with wooden tools. Never kiln-dried, bleached or refined — so it keeps its moisture, its grey colour, and its full mineral profile.

  The result is a moist, coarse, naturally grey salt with a softer, less "salty" flavour than standard table salt. It's rich in magnesium, calcium, potassium and rare trace elements that are stripped out of refined salt.

  Simply swap it for your usual table or cooking salt.
