  Body Biotics™ mimic nature so closely as to provide the full benefits of true bacterial cultures. GMO-free, toxin-free, chemical-free.   𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐔𝐬𝐞:

  • Adult intake.

  • Take 30 minutes before a meal with 250ml water.

  • Begin by taking one capsule daily and increase each week with one capsule until 2-3 capsules are being taken daily.

  • Build up to 6 a day if required or as professionally directed.

  • For ongoing maintenance 2 – 3 capsules daily is suitable.
