ÖRUS Acupressure Mat
Product Description Relieves tension Improves circulation Eases muscle soreness Supports deeper sleep Promotes full-body relaxation Caring for your body’s stress levels and muscle health is essential to your overall wellbeing. Using an acupressure mat and pillow helps reset the nervous system, relax tight muscles, and encourage healthier circulation — all of which contribute to better sleep, improved mood, and a calmer, more balanced body. Regular use stimulates key pressure points that help release physical tension, reduce inflammation, and soothe areas commonly affected by stress, such as the neck, shoulders, and lower back. Designed with hundreds of precision acupressure spikes, this mat and pillow work together to gently activate your body’s natural healing response. As you lay back, the spikes encourage blood flow, support muscle recovery, and promote a deep state of relaxation — helping melt away daily fatigue and stress. A simple practice with powerful effects, this acupressure set becomes a grounding ritual for anyone seeking better sleep, reduced tension, and a more aligned, revitalised body. Suggested use For use once daily, preferably in the evening or whenever your body feels tense or fatigued. Begin by laying the acupressure mat on a flat surface and positioning the pillow at the top where your neck will rest. Slowly lower yourself onto the mat, allowing your back and shoulders to settle evenly across the acupressure points. Take a few steady breaths as your body adjusts to the initial sensation. Remain on the mat for 10–20 minutes, allowing the spikes to gently stimulate circulation and release built-up tension in the muscles. If desired, reposition the pillow under the neck, lower back, or feet to target additional areas. Rise slowly when finished to avoid dizziness, and drink water afterward to support relaxation and natural recovery. Store the mat and pillow flat or rolled in a clean, dry place until your next session.

Why we picked this one
Most mats are stamped plastic on foam. This one is linen.
We tested fourteen acupressure mats over three months. Cheaper mats use polyester backing that pills in a week and points that flatten by month two. This one uses Belgian linen over coir and HDPE points moulded individually rather than stamped from sheet.
It costs more. It also lasts longer than you will need it to.
How to use it.
Ten minutes, every other nightLay on a soft surface.
Carpet, a folded towel, or a duvet — never a hard floor. Spread a thin t-shirt over the mat for the first three sessions.
Lower in slowly. Breathe out.
Don't drop. The points feel sharp for 90 seconds, then warm. If you tense up, the warmth doesn't come.
Stay ten. Stand up gradually.
Pair with 4-7-8 breathing. Roll to your side first, then sit, then stand. Sleep within the hour.
