Where the confirmation goes and what to do if you cannot find it.
Order confirmations are sent to the email address you used at checkout. If you cannot find yours, check your spam or promotions folder first.
If it is genuinely missing, contact hello@orus.uk with your order number or the email you used and we will resend it.
