These terms govern your use of the ORUS website at orus.uk. By using the site you accept them.
If you create an account, buy a product, or book a session, additional terms apply: the Customer Terms of Service for purchases, the Booking Terms for classes, events, courses and sessions, the App Terms of Service for the ORUS app and anything you connect to it, and our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data. Where those terms conflict with these, the more specific terms apply.

We are required to display this by section 82 of the Companies Act 2006 and the Company, Limited Liability Partnership and Business (Names and Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2015.
2. Using the site
2.1 You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
2.2 We try to keep the site available but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may do so without notice where the reason is security, safety or law.
2.3 You are responsible for the arrangements you need to access the site, and for making sure anyone accessing it through your connection knows these terms.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, transmit malware, interfere with the service, circumvent security, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. Do not misrepresent who you are. Do not abuse our staff.
Do not use automated systems to extract data from ORUS. You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, mine or systematically copy any part of the site, its content, its listings or its prices, whether for training a model, building a competing service, price monitoring, or any other purpose, without our written permission.
4. Intellectual property
All content, design, software, branding and trade marks on the site belong to Eight Hours Group Ltd or our licensors. ORUS is a registered trade mark (UK00004376583). You may not copy, adapt, republish or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission.
5. Content on the site
5.1 We describe products and services as accurately as we can. Images are illustrative.
5.2 Editorial content, guides and articles on the site are general information, not advice. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for a qualified professional.
5.3 Where the site links to a third-party site, we do not control it and are not responsible for it.
6. Reviews and user content
Where the site allows you to post a review or other content, our Customer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply to what you post.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy. You can manage non-essential cookies through our consent banner.
8. Our liability
8.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
8.2 Subject to that, we are liable for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for loss that is not foreseeable.
8.3 If you use the site for a business purpose, we have no liability for loss of profit, business, contracts, goodwill or business opportunity.
8.4 We are not liable for loss caused by a virus or other technologically harmful material that infects your equipment through your use of the site, beyond our own failure to take reasonable care.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. The current version is always at this URL with the date it was last updated.
10. General
- Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another business.
- Third parties. Nobody other than you and us has rights under these terms.
- Severance. If any part is unenforceable, the rest continues.
- Entire agreement. These terms and the policies referred to in them form the whole agreement about your use of the site.
- Complaints. Email hello@orus.uk with “Complaint” in the subject. We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days and respond substantively within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it, we will tell you which alternative dispute resolution scheme applies. You can also take a claim to court.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If you are a consumer resident outside the United Kingdom, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
Malaysia. Where you use the ORUS Malaysia site, the Malaysia Annex below applies.

Annex MY: Malaysia
This annex applies where you use the ORUS Malaysia site or use orus.uk as a person in Malaysia. Where it conflicts with the terms above, this annex applies.
MY.1 Who you are dealing with
Until a Malaysian operating company is incorporated and named in this annex, Eight Hours Group Ltd operates the site for the Malaysia market, at the address in section 12.
MY.2 Consumer law
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other Malaysian law that cannot be excluded. The limitations in section 8 apply only to the extent Malaysian law permits.
MY.3 Your data
Personal data collected through the site in Malaysia is handled under the Malaysia annex of our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, not the UK GDPR.
MY.4 Prices and currency
Prices for the Malaysia market are shown and charged in Malaysian ringgit and include applicable Malaysian taxes where stated.
MY.5 Governing law
These terms remain governed by the laws of England and Wales, but if you are a consumer resident in Malaysia you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of Malaysian law. Claims within its jurisdiction may be brought before the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia.
MY.6 Language
These terms are provided in English. Where we publish a Bahasa Melayu translation and there is a conflict, the English version governs, except where Malaysian law requires otherwise.
