A club with your name on the door
Any account on ORUS can start a club, and a brand's club is a club like any other: a public page members follow, rooms where the people who use your products talk, events you host, and classes you run with an expert. The same tools every club on ORUS has.
Followers and members
A member can follow your brand page from the shop and follow or join your club from the community. Following is a signal of interest; joining is membership of the room. Both are counts you see in the portal.
Working with experts
The experts on ORUS are verified people who teach here. An expert who uses your product can say so on their own page, run a class with it, or answer questions about it in public. You cannot pay for that and we do not sell it; it comes from the product being good.

Does a club cost anything?
No. Starting a club is free. A club that charges membership dues keeps every penny of its plan price; the member pays a 5% service fee on top.
Can I message members directly?
Yes, one to one, inside the community's messaging, with the same privacy controls every member has. There is no broadcast to people who have not opted in.
