Ship an order

One order end to end: the label that arrives with it, the dispatch time you promised, tracking, and what happens when something goes wrong.

Recovery after training, the ORUS restore ritual

How an order arrives

A customer buys on the ORUS marketplace and pays us at checkout. The order lands with you in the portal, and by email, with a tracked delivery label already paid for. Checkout, card fees and the money are ours; postage never touches your account.

Pick, pack and post

Pack from your own stock, put our label on the parcel, and hand it to the carrier inside the dispatch time you told us at registration. Mark it dispatched in the portal, or let the carrier scan do it for you.

Tracking and questions

Tracking, where-is-my-order questions and returns all come to ORUS, not to you. Your inbox stays quiet. If a customer needs something only you can answer, we ask you through the portal's messages.

Returns and damage

The customer pays the return label. Anything that arrives damaged, faulty or not as listed is yours to cover, which is the one line in the offer that sits with you: pack it so it arrives as it left.

Questions at this step

What if I cannot dispatch in time?

Tell us in the portal before the dispatch time passes. We hold the order and tell the customer the new date. A silent late parcel is the thing that costs a listing its place.

Can I use my own courier?

Use our label. It is paid for and tracked, and tracking is how we keep the customer's questions away from you.
