  How to use Start with clean, dry skin. Fit the mask comfortably, select your mode, and relax for the session — it switches off on its own when you're done. Follow the guidance in the manual.

  Before you use it This mask isn't for everyone. Speak to a doctor first — an optometrist or ophthalmologist for any eye concern — if you have a known eye or retina condition, have had recent eye surgery, a photosensitive condition, take medication that increases light sensitivity, have epilepsy triggered by light, or are pregnant.

  During use, keep your eyes closed and don't look directly into the LEDs. Don't exceed the session time set by the timer. Keep out of reach of children, and stop use if you notice skin irritation, eye discomfort, or any visual disturbance. Read the full guidance in the manual before first use.
