Your privacy is central to how the advisor is built. Here is what we store and how it is protected.
What is stored
- Wellness profile: The health and preference data you enter under Wellness
- Conversation history: Your past messages with the advisor, so it can remember context across sessions
- Usage logs: Anonymous usage data (how often the advisor is used, which tools are called) for improving the service
What is never stored
- Your payment details (these are handled by Shopify Payments, not the advisor)
- Your browsing history on other websites
- Any data you choose to delete
Who can see your data
Your wellness data and conversation history are visible only to you and the advisor. Our team does not read individual conversations unless you explicitly share them with us (for example, by emailing a transcript to support).
Deleting your data
You can delete all your wellness data from the Wellness page at any time. To delete your conversation history or your entire account, email hello@orus.uk.
