Every price on ORUS is set in British pounds sterling (GBP), and every order is charged in GBP today.
Seeing prices in your own currency
The currency switcher at the top of the site shows prices in Malaysian ringgit (RM), Singapore dollars (S$) or Australian dollars (A$) as well as pounds. Those figures are for reference: they are converted at an approximate rate so you can compare, and the amount that leaves your card is the GBP price, converted by your bank or card provider at their rate.
What you see is what you pay
Product prices include UK VAT at 20% where applicable. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay at checkout (before any shipping charges or discounts).
International orders
If you are ordering from outside the UK, you will be charged in GBP. Your bank or card provider will convert this to your local currency at their exchange rate.
Customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT may apply when your parcel arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the price shown at checkout.
Price changes
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay. Any subsequent price changes will not affect existing orders.
