The Club
Community guidelines
The Club works because members look after it. These guidelines keep it a safe, useful place. By taking part you agree to follow them.
Be kind and assume good faith
The Club is a calm space for people working on their sleep, movement and recovery. Treat every member with respect, even when you disagree. Personal attacks, harassment and hate have no place here.
Share experience, not prescriptions
You are welcome to share what has worked for you. You are not a substitute for a clinician. Do not present personal opinion as medical fact, and do not tell other members to start, stop or change medication or treatment. When something sounds like a medical question, encourage the member to speak to a qualified professional.
No misinformation
Claims about health, supplements or treatments should be honest and grounded. Do not post content you know to be false or misleading. Our verified experts carry a badge so you can see who they are, but everyone is held to the same standard of care.
No spam or advertising
Do not use the Club to promote unrelated products, services or businesses, or to post repetitive or automated content. Genuine recommendations in the flow of a conversation are fine. Adverts are not.
Keep it on topic and lawful
Post in the space that fits your subject. Do not share illegal, explicit or graphic content. Do not share other people's private information.
Reporting and blocking
Every post and comment has a menu with Report and Block. Reporting sends the content to our moderation team, who review each one. Blocking a member hides their content from you and yours from them. We act on reports, and we may hide or remove content and, where needed, restrict accounts that break these guidelines.
How moderation works
Hidden content is no longer visible to anyone but its author. Removed content is taken down and marked as removed by moderators. We keep a record of moderation decisions so we can apply these guidelines consistently.
Questions about these guidelines can go to our team through the Help Centre.
