Why we picked this one

Most mats are stamped plastic on foam. This one is linen.

We tested fourteen acupressure mats over three months. Cheaper mats use polyester backing that pills in a week and points that flatten by month two. This one uses Belgian linen over coir and HDPE points moulded individually rather than stamped from sheet.

It costs more. It also lasts longer than you will need it to.

How to use it.

Ten minutes, every other night

Lay on a soft surface.

Carpet, a folded towel, or a duvet — never a hard floor. Spread a thin t-shirt over the mat for the first three sessions.

Lower in slowly. Breathe out.

Don't drop. The points feel sharp for 90 seconds, then warm. If you tense up, the warmth doesn't come.

Stay ten. Stand up gradually.

Pair with 4-7-8 breathing. Roll to your side first, then sit, then stand. Sleep within the hour.
