  How to use

  1. Find your fit — choose the ear-tip size that matches your ear canal for the most comfortable seal.
  2. Prepare — press the ear tip firmly onto the ring until it's fully attached.
  3. Insert with care — hold the ring gently and twist the earplug into your ear until you feel a complete seal.
