Your ORUS account gives you access to order history, saved products, loyalty credit, and your wellness profile.

Creating an account

You can create an account at sign up. We use a passwordless sign-in flow, which means you will receive a magic link by email each time you sign in. No password to remember.

Your account dashboard

Once signed in, your account dashboard is at /account. From there you can access:

  • Overview with your latest orders and upcoming events
  • Orders to track deliveries and view past purchases
  • Tickets for any events you have registered for
  • Rewards to see your credit balance, tier, and earning history
  • Wellness to fill in your health and preferences profile for the advisor
  • Profile to update your name and contact details

Updating your details

You can update your display name and email address under Profile. Changes take effect immediately.

Deleting your account

To delete your account and all associated data, email hello@orus.uk. We will process your request and confirm once complete. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
