Every ORUS customer earns cashback on their purchases. The more you spend over time, the higher your tier and the more you earn back.
Reward tiers

Your tier is based on your total lifetime spend on ORUS. Once you reach a tier, you keep it.
How credit is earned
Cashback is calculated on the order total (excluding shipping) and credited to your account after the order is delivered. You can see your current balance and tier progress under Rewards.
How to spend credit
Your ORUS credit is applied automatically at checkout. It works like a gift card and is deducted from your order total before payment is taken.
Bonus credit
You can earn bonus credit by completing certain actions:
- Complete your wellness profile for a one-time bonus
- Leave a product review for bonus credit
- Refer a friend who makes their first purchase (see referrals)
Important notes
- Credit cannot be exchanged for cash
- Credit has no expiry date
- If you return an order, the earned credit from that order will be deducted from your balance
