Plans change. Here is what to do if you need to cancel, or if we need to cancel an event.

Cancelling your booking

To cancel your event booking, email hello@orus.uk with your ticket code or order number.

  • Free events: Your spot will be released so someone else can attend
  • Paid events: Refunds are issued to your original payment method, provided you cancel at least 48 hours before the event start time

If ORUS cancels an event

If we need to cancel an event, we will notify all registered attendees by email. For paid events, a full refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

Event changes

If an event's date, time, or venue changes, we will notify you by email. If the new arrangements do not work for you, you can cancel your booking for a full refund.
