Each event booking generates a unique ticket with a QR code for entry.

Accessing your ticket

Your ticket is available in two places:

  • Email: A confirmation email is sent to your account email address after booking
  • Account dashboard: Under Tickets, you can view all your event tickets

The QR code

Your ticket includes a unique QR code. This is scanned at the door on the day of the event to verify your registration.

Downloading your ticket

You can download your ticket as a PDF from the Tickets section of your account. This is useful if you want an offline copy or need to print it.

On the day

Show your QR code (on your phone screen or printed) at the event entrance. The host will scan it to check you in. Make sure your screen brightness is turned up for a quick scan.

Lost your ticket?

Sign in to your account and visit Tickets. Your ticket and QR code are always available there as long as the event has not passed.
